The Program breaks down into 3 core areas:
- Home Study: with 24 hours of instruction on techniques and recipes, featuring 6 pro chefs, including world-renowned, award-winning Chef Wes Avila.
- Bootcamp: Hands-on sessions with a private chef mentor, either at your home, the chef’s restaurant or place of business, or live online.
- Externship: Real-world experience through an apprenticeship in a professional restaurant in the city of your choice. You will train on the job and continue to learn by doing.
