Enrique Olvera is a renowned Mexican and molecular gastronomy chef. He is the owner and head chef of Pujol restaurant in Mexico City which is ranked 13th in the 2018 The World’s 50 Best Restaurants listings. His books include Tu Casa Mi Casa: Mexican Recipes for the Home Cook.
Benito Molina is one of Mexico’s most prestigious gourmet specialists and is referred to as a pioneer in Mexican and Mediterranean combination cuisine. He is the owner of Manzanilla in Baja California and has appeared on the MasterChef Mexico TV series.
Zarela Martinez serves on the Board of Directors for the Mexican Cultural Institute of New York and has been instrumental in introducing authentic Mexican food to an American audience. Her mentor was chef Paul Prudhomme and her restaurant Zarela pioneered regional Mexican cuisine in New York. Her book, Zarela’s Veracruz, is the written companion to the PBS series Zarela! La Cocina Veracruzana.
