Lefteris Lazarou is the first Greek chef to ever win a Michelin star. He is known for his creativity in preparing fish and seafood cuisine and is popular from his TV appearances. His restaurant, Varoulko, in Athens is well regarded. He is one of the chefs included in 5 Greek Chefs and their Favourite Meze.
